It started to make a loud buzzing sound and after taking it apart I could tell it was coming from the the power supply board and I could see some of the components had over heated. I got a new replacement power supply board that I know is correct as all the part numbers match up.

Could see both the power and mainboard once the cover was removed. If the LED backlight was not On but have good audio this could only suggest either no DC supply voltage going to the LED
